Routed and Scheduled Delivery in the Bay Area
Same stops, same time, every day. Redezy provides routed delivery on a fixed schedule for labs, banks, law firms, pharmacies and branch offices across the East Bay, South Bay and San Francisco.
What routed delivery covers
Routed delivery replaces one-off orders with a standing schedule. First, you give us the stops and the time windows. Then we assign a regular driver and build the route around your cut-off times.
- Daily or weekly runs, as well as custom days
- Multi-stop pickups between branches and warehouses, as well as clients
- Bank deposits and interoffice mail, as well as document pouches
- Also lab specimen and pharmacy routes with timed windows
- Parts runs between plants and depots, as well as job sites
- Also, on-demand stops added to an existing route
Why businesses put their delivery routes with Redezy
Same driver
Your route stays with the same driver whenever possible, so stops, contacts and dock procedures don’t get relearned every week.
Proof at every stop
Time-stamped scan, signature and photo at each stop, so records are available the same day.
Built around cut-offs
We plan from your last pickup time backwards, instead of from what suits dispatch.
Predictable billing
Routed delivery is priced per run or per month, so you know the cost before the month starts.
How we set up a new delivery route
- First, send us your stop list, time windows and days of service.
- Next, we map the route, check drive times against Bay Area traffic and propose a schedule.
- Then a trial week runs with dispatch watching every stop.
- Finally, routed delivery goes live with a regular driver and a backup who knows it.

Routed delivery FAQ
Can stops change week to week?
Yes. Add or drop stops by email or phone before the run’s cut-off, so the driver gets the updated manifest.
What happens if a driver is out?
Every route has a backup driver who has run it. As a result, dispatch covers the run before the first stop is late.
Is there a minimum?
Routed delivery usually starts at one run per week. Tell us what you need, then we’ll price it.
Set up routed delivery
Send your stops and schedule, then we’ll come back with a route plan and a price.
